The puzzle doesn't show on a locked site

Chrome, Edge or Brave: open the browser's extensions page, then Mindlock, then Details. Set Site access to On all sites.
Firefox: open the menu ☰, then Add-ons and themes, then Mindlock, then Permissions. Turn the sites on.
Safari: open Safari, then Settings, then Extensions, then Mindlock. Set every site to Allow.

Locked apps open without a puzzle on Android

Open Settings, then Accessibility, and turn on Mindlock app lock. On some phones it's under Installed apps or Downloaded apps.
If the switch is greyed out, open Mindlock's App info, tap ⋮ in the corner, choose Allow restricted settings, then try again.
If it keeps turning off, your phone may be saving battery. In App info, set Battery to Unrestricted.

Locked apps open without a puzzle on iPhone

Open Mindlock and tap Allow Screen Time. Mindlock can only lock apps after you allow Screen Time access.

My minutes don't match across devices

Sign in with the same Google or Apple account in Mindlock on each device. Minutes sync whenever the app or extension is open and online.

Cancel a subscription

iPhone or Mac: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Mindlock.
Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Browser: open Mindlock's settings and choose Manage subscription.

You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Restore a purchase

On iPhone or Android, open Mindlock's upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases. In the browser, sign in with the account you used to buy.

Refunds

Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases made in their stores. For a purchase made in the browser, email us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.

Delete your account

Open Mindlock's settings and choose Delete account. You can also email support@getmindlock.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Deleting removes your account, name, email address, synced minutes, settings and history from our servers right away. Records of paid subscriptions are kept, no longer linked to you, because Apple, Google or Stripe may still bill them. Cancel those in the store you bought from. Your device keeps its own local copy until you uninstall Mindlock. See the privacy policy for details.
